"Employers seem to now ask for PMP certification but forget that people with 10 plus years of experience are way farther ahead to meet the project deliverable than having 2 years and a PMP certification. Employers should rethink their requirements and add in 10 plus years or PMP which would allow them to get the right person for the job and not scope out qualified individuals."
